Neurological care
Neurological Care at Home and Live-in Support
Personalised support at home for people living with neurological conditions, including brain injury and spinal injury, planned around individual assessment.

Specialist support, in familiar surroundings
Neurological conditions affect people in very different ways. We build support around the person's goals, routines and changing needs, from regular visits through to 24/7 live-in care.
We work alongside Buckinghamshire occupational therapists and brain injury professionals, and carers are trained for the specific support each person needs. Clinical tasks are only carried out where staff are trained and the task has been clinically delegated.
We are based at Suite A, Ardenham Court, Oxford Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8HT, and currently provide care across Buckinghamshire.
All support is subject to assessment and service availability.
Neurological support can include
- Acquired and traumatic brain injury support
- Spinal cord injury support
- Support for other neurological conditions
- Neurological live-in care
- Rehabilitation and daily living goals
- Moving, handling and hoisting
- Epilepsy support
- Working with OTs and therapy teams
